Here's the project truck just before we dive in full on!
"Car Chick" (my wife, his daughter) builds the motor - herself!
Two days to tear it down and prepare it for a trip to Memphis for paint.
Paint begins.
Airbrush artist travels to Memphis to work his magic.
"Cut & Buff" work just about complete.
Paint is all done. Father and daughter go to Memphis to pick everything up.
Engine installation.
Progress as of May 8th, 2007.
Progress as of May 15th, 2007. Steering shaft & front suspension done. Fenders on.
May 17th. Fender liners (wheel wells). Carbon fiber window frames.
May 22th. Wheels. Tires. Suspension drop. Tailgate install.
October 23rd. Belt driven stuff. Brackets. Power steering pump. Cooling fans and more.
November 2nd. It finally runs!
