Fender liners, more wiring cleanup, and some carbon fiber |
|
NOTICE: Vent window frame pics. "LMC Truck" sent us a new set of frames but there was a problem. I pictured the new frames along with the stock frames to show how different they are. The new frames are a good bit larger than the stockers. One of the pictures shows the frames from the bottom, looking up, revealing the difference in width. This difference, as it turns out, prevents the door window from fitting correctly and even moving! As a result, we decided to try and reuse the old frames. We did not want to repaint them, but decided to cover them in a vinyl overlay. We're covering the new gauge cluster (made from scratch) in a carbon fiber "look" overlay, so now the frames are covered in it as well. Take a peek. But first the front wheel wells....... |
|
We
painted the wheel wells / fender liners with a heavy dose of flex agent
added to the blue.

A
great way to clean up wiring related things. Soaking all of the front
end light sockets in "Simple Green". They'll be like new!
